The fitness challenge competition show will run for 6 weeks starting February 25, 2018 until April 5, 2018
There will be 22 contestants competing to lose the most weight and only 1 will get the prize. Fitness training will be done 30 to 45 minutes a day in 4 to 5 days a week. Each contestant will be given a diet plan meal schedule. Every week there will be elimination of contestant, the lesser weight loss will be eliminated.
