Simula sa Linggo, July 16,2017, susundin na ng Philippine Consulate General (PCG) ang bago nitong oras para sa processing at release ng mga dokumento gaya ng Special Power of Attorney, Affidavit of Support and Guarantee, Attestation, Certification, at iba pa

Here are the PCG’s new business hours for its Notarial Section:

8:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Processing of notarial documents

1:30 PM – 5:00 PM | Release of notarial documents

In submitting notarial documents for processing, it also pays to remember the following reminders:

    1. Personal pick-up:
Claim the document at the designated date and time of release. Kailangan dala ng aplikante ang original receipt.
    2. Pick-up through an authorized representative:
      1. Original receipt of transaction
      2. Original signed authorization letter from the applicant
      3. Photocopy of the applicant’s passport with signature
      4. Photocopy of representative’s passport with signature.
    3. Pick-up through a courier service provider:
The authorized courier staff must submit the following:
      1. Original receipt of transaction
      2. Original authorization letter from the applicant
      3. Photocopy of applicant’s passport with signature.
